Here at Smoked, we got our start with smoking cheese. Available cubed, sliced, or as whole blocks, cheeses are smoked to order and may have increased lead times. If you're having a party or event, we would be happy to help you impress your guests. Our preferred cheeses are Tillamook with options aged up to 12 years. Because of the completely custom process for cheeses, these are not available in our online store. Contact us to inquire as pricing and availability can vary.
